***Math 4th Quarter Assessment scheduled for Thursday, May 17th. Students have study materials.
***Social Studies Revolution Test Thursday, May 17th. Students have materials needed to study and the study guide is yellow.
***Students are beginning an ABC Book Project in Math. A majority of the work will be done OUTSIDE OF CLASS. Students have a rubric which explains all the requirements necessary to do well. Students are able to hand in the project on any of the three following dates: Tuesday, May 29th; Wednesday, May 30th; Thursday, May 31st. Any project not completed by May 31st will be collected and graded as is.
***New Vocabulary List (10 words on purple paper). Please encourage your child to study for short periods often as that will cement the words in his/her mind forever. Quiz date FRIDAY, MAY 18th (updated 5/9/12)
**Sherman Lake permission slips and money were due Friday, May 11th. If you have not turned this in, please do so ASAP.
**Pioneer Day volunteer slips and $3.00 were due Friday, May 11th. If you have not already sent this in, please do so ASAP.
***4th and 5th grade Track and Field Day is scheduled for Tuesday, May 22 starting at 2:15. MRS. BAKER-TAYLOR STILL NEEDS VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS DAY. PLEASE CONSIDER HELPING OUT.
***WESTWARD HO!! We are on the Hacker Trail and heading to Oregon. We have experienced many fates thus far. Make sure to ask your child about some of the dilemmas we have faced. PIONEER DAY (FRIDAY, MAY 25th) notes/reminders will be coming home in the next day or two. Please be on the lookout for a yellow note.
